Back to the drawing board to work on getting some fitness back:

Tue - 2km up, 10 x 1km treadmill reps building up to threshold, 1.0km down. All up 13.0kms

Wed – Claregalway 9.5km easy run 38:14 (4:01’s)

Thu am - 2km up, 10km treadmill threshold 32:46 (3:16’s), 1.0km down. All up 13.0kms

Thu pm – Mayo AC easy running 3.0kms

Fri - Treadmill recovery run 10.0km 36:46 (3:41’s)

Sat – 2km up, 10km treadmill threshold 32:22 (3:14’s), 1.0km down. All up 13.0kms

Sun – Claregalway 14.8km easy run 38:14 (4:03’s)

Weekly Total 86.3kms

Nothing special to report in there – just trying to work up through the gears a little without aggravating the groin.
